Laptop doesn't want to boot/mega lag

So basically i reinstalled windows a few days ago because.... it died... and right now, yesterday my pc was alright until my chrome (beta) made my entire pc lag with it's waiting for cache at the bottom and it crashed my entire pc and NOW, the disk light is solid when i boot it and it basically doesn't want to boot, EVEN WITH THE INSTALLATION USB PLUGGED IN
Later after some time it says "Preparing Automatic Repair" but it doesn't do anything after that, but the disk light is just not on for the entire time, later it shows me a recovery screen (0xc000000f?) that winload.exe is corrupt or missing
    help thanks

    Hi DatBoiBaku.

So your original installation died and then your new installation ran into severe problems.

I'm going to bet your have a disk problem.

You can create a recovery disk here

Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk

Once disk created and boot click on Start, All Programs, HD Tasks and pick a tool. Seatools is good. Run all tests.

I assume all your data is safe, if not copy it off before testing, if possible.

    Okay.

Have you every entered your machine BIOS? (Some call it set up)

Enter your BIOS and shut off fast boot.

How are you creating the bootable USB?

1 - I can't in every way in life, sometimes it shows the little underscore at top left and then just black screen with no cursor
2 - from my previous times of seeing bios, its not kind of a bios, i dont see the "boot options", only something like boot type or something with a legacy or normal i think msi gp70 2pe leopard btw
    3 - start > "recovery drive" > enter > you'll see

When your machine boots, from power up, press F2 three or four times as soon as you see logo. If you don't see logo press F2 as soon as the screen appears to have power.

It sounds like your HDD has failed. Remove the HDD from the laptop. Attach the HDD to a working computer using a USB Adapter, Dock or Enclosure with a power adapter. When you power it up, put your ear next to is, does it sound like it is spinning up? Or is it silent, cold? If the later, it has failed. If the HDD spins up and then spins down, it has failed. If the HDD makes any noise (ie) clicking, scrapping sound, it has failed.
Plug in the USB to the computer, if the HDD doesn't have those symptoms, go to Disk Management and see what it says about the drive.
