Changing the scaling solved it for me

I installed these analog live tile clocks from the Microsoft Store but they don't work. Live tiles in general don't work in my start menu. Maybe I disabled them earlier with a registry tweak or something, I don't remember.

None of my live tiles were working for the last few months and none of the solutions online helped.
The genius idea of the microsoft support to simply make a new account and transfer all the data (all settings and stuff would be lost) was not a solution for me either.

Then I played around with the scaling settings of windows for a bit and somehow with every change of scale, some live tiles started working again.
Now after the third change (from 140 to 190, then to 170. I dont think the actual numbers matter and neither does the direction of the change), all my live tiles work again.

Hope that helps some of you.
At least it is a simple and fast procedure so give it a try and hope it works for you too :)
