Live tiles are not working. How to fix them?

I installed these analog live tile clocks from the Microsoft Store but they don't work. Live tiles in general don't work in my start menu. Maybe I disabled them earlier with a registry tweak or something, I don't remember.

Open Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Store Apps.

You can enable and disable hidden Administrator user account by typing cmd.exe into Start Menu and right-click on Cmd.exe, and open it as an administrator. Type below command to enable Administrator user account:

    Code:
    net user administrator /active:yes
Login to Administrator account and when you are done with Administrator account disable it by typing:

    Code:
    net user administrator /active:no

Tried in Admin account. No luck.

Execute below command from Command Prompt(cmd.exe) to see issue resolves.

    Code:
    Red Delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications /v NoTileApplicationNotification /f
You may need to restart your computer after executing above command.

I did the policy editor trick found in another thread. That seems to have done it.
