    Download Windows 10 Pro/Home

How can I download a version of Windows 10 that has both home and pro install files?

The version I got using Media Creation tool doesn't have install.wim so didn't work for my purposes. I am trying to use MSMG toolkit to make a dual image without all the fluff and stuff.

    Hi there @Soapm

Create ISO via MCT as normal.

then add this file to it in the sources directory (you can mount the ISO in W10)

    [Channel]
    _Default
    [VL]
    0

Then use RUFUS or whatever to make bootable media.

At windows install you'll now get prompt as to which version to use.

    Cheers

Thanks, that converting esd to wim looks like the ticket.

Jimbo, I do plan to include a ei.cfg file when I create the ISO but I think Steve better understood my question.

If you use Option Three in this tutorial to download the ISO direct from MS you will get one with an install.wim.

Edge was one of the first things I removed/disabled and one of the reason I'm doing this exercise, I'm a Firefox man from way back and don't see a reason to change.

F12 also works in IE (bet you removed that too).

There is a user agent string switcher add-on available for Firefox.

No, I keep IE11 as my backup browser, I used to have a FF add on that synce'd my favorites with my bookmarks but it stopped working many moons ago and old habits are hard to break.

Thanks for the tip, I'll give that a try if I need to get a new image.
