Ok I give up, this is more frustrating then its worth anymore. It is stressing me out to where I am starting to physically hurt. I have gotten this 3x now.

I have no idea why, in the event viewer I have this.
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
However I was on the machine it did not shut down, I have no crashes or BSOD. I was using MSI afterburner. adjusted fan speed went to hit apply and the entire system soft locked. Eventually I got it back.
