    Reliability History Shows Unknowns

    Reliability History Shows Unknowns-reliability-history.png

This morning I looked at my Reliability History. Never had a description like this before, I wonder what "..." is/are. 2 different items were installed and it looks like the first one was then quickly removed.

What does the link Show Technical Details tell you?

It displayed Windows installer and may be Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers.
These may be able to be seen by opening windows updates > update history (driver updates) and uninstall updates
Additional information may be found in the event viewer searching for Intel on the date.

It seems @Corona has posted a composite screenshot, the technical detais are shown below the reliabilty report. They are all for Intel, one sucessful removal and two succesful installs.

I've never seen anything like this, but I suspect the problem was that the Intel packages concerned did not include their name in the correct format.

It would be worth looking in the Update History under Drivers, on my system there are entries there that corespond to the entries for Intel in Reliability History.

No new Drivers since Feb. 8th. ( yes, it's a composite screenshot )

Event Viewer at that time shows some CLSID kerfuffles with Intel and Support Assist.
