Re your post #9, did you check the Bluetooth adapter setting, like I posted. You show only pics of the KB and mouse.

I would change the Bluetooth adapter to not allow to turn off, and allow to wake enabled. The BT adapter may be being turned off, not allowing the KB/Mouse to operate. See if that helps.

But what about the kb? The kb says the same thing and its not wireless/bt. What do you say about that?

I tried a test on my HP Z2 Mini. I shut off "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" on my Bluetooth Power Management setting. Rebooted and let it settle into deeper sleep. Still unable to wake the computer up. I searched through BIOS to see if there were some Bluetooth settings there, but could not find any. So you are left with pressing the power button to regain access.
The other thing you need to be aware of is Bluetooth is not available in BIOS. If there is some reason you need to get into BIOS, you will be in trouble. I believe Bluetooth as well as WiFi are also unavailable in Safe Mode. Get a cheapo wired USB keyboard and mouse in case you end up in a situation where you are stuck without access.

Virtually no Bluetooth keyboard or mouse will wake a computer from hibernate, sleep or hybrid sleep. The key is whether there is a power management tab on the Bluetooth radio property page in Device Manager. And, even then it still may not work. It depends upon the manufacturer. Read this from Microsoft (and I've discovered it also generally applies to desktops as well):

My Bluetooth keyboard andt wake the system - Microsoft Community

EDIT: There is an additional link in the Microsoft link. Read carefully. Even if all conditions are present and met, OEMs have to have a particular setting enabled and it's been my experience that they don't. You're stuck using either the power switch, wired or USB wireless keyboard and/or mouse.

Not much. I'm only trying to help. Others have posted good info. Maybe they can take this further. Sorry, but I have no more ideas for you. Good luck.

I'm using a wired keyboard and a wireless mouse with a dongle (not Bluetooth) and in Device Manager, for keyboard and mouse, the setting "allow computer to turn off device to save power" is also unchecked and grayed out. This may be a normal setting for Windows. According to this old thread from the Windows Seven Forums, the same situation exists, although the poster does say the option was available in XP. I have no further information or suggestions.
