Downloaded Greek office program so could use Greek keyboard.

Now it appears that Greek has taken over just about everything--all instructions in Greek. I am unable to make any changes since my Greek is at very basic level. How can I limit Greek on computer to just the keyboard? I can click on Αγγλικα and get roman letters, but just about everything else stays in Greek.

When you say "Office Program" is it Microsoft Office? If so, what version? Or is it something else? Libre office etc?

How to Switch between different input languages If you've added more than one language to your PC you can switch between different input languages by using one of the following methods:

    • Method 1: Click the language abbreviation button on the taskbar (bottom right corner of your screen, next to the clock) and then click the input method you want to switch to
    • Method 2: Press and hold the Windows logo key and then press the Spacebar repeatedly

It is Microsoft but I do not know what version--and cannot access or understand technical data in Greek. I selected a program on line to enable me to type in Greek, then ordered and have installed the keyboard transparent stick-on letters--the program works well. I subsequently attempted to download and install the spell check program, a separate installation--think I did download it--but cannot understand instructions in Greek to install the program. Little by little I am looking up the instructional vocabulary, but the very good dictionary I use does not translate computer tech lingo. All the instructional programs on my desktop HP computer are now in Greek. Not sure how to fix.

I would uninstall the 3rd party Language programs. Or do a System Restore to a time before you installed these.
You can add Greek as a second input language in Windows 10, you don't need 3rd party software. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...ge-preferences

Click on taskbar language icon and select Προτιμήσεις γλώσσας (Language preferences):

    You'll see this:

Changing display language from Greek to...English you're going to see this:

Logout, then login again for your language to be set.

Adding a keyboard only language, you must uncheck this:

Note: Logout-login needed for changes to take effect.

You may add many keyboard languages, toggling between them by hitting Alt and Shift keys simultaneously or by clicking on taskbar language icon.

No need of specific apps to type in in another language.
All text apps can do that by just toggling between keyboard languages (Alt+Shift).

Thanks. Instructions back in English. Had to reload Office. Now attempting, unsuccessfully, to download accessory (spell check) pack. Worried that everything will revert exclusively to Greek. I have followed instructions (?) but without success. Downloaded something and restarted computer. No change.
