Problem with Windows Explorer last used folder...

Damn... now something else to figure out. Am I ever going to get any web-page work done :)

OK... got the status bar back at the bottom of the page but it still does not show the Chrome web store link. Who knows, I'll just go there manually :)

I've tried taking the window down to 60%. Still not there.

Don't know what the issue but no big deal.

One last thing...

Do you know how to get Vivaldi to remember set page sizes? Like when you stumble across a web-page that is very small and you enlarge it. Chrome remembers it automatically. Even after running cleaning programs. (like Ccleaner, Wise Care 365, etc) I have to re-enlarge same page every time I go to it with Vivaldi.
