    Try this: Note it's not labelled anything to do with onedrive
    Onedrive right click menu entries - Microsoft Community

    (Found by searching for
    remove "move to onedrive" context menu
    )

    Phoenix,

    I found the solution, and will have a tutorial posted for it soon. I'll post back with a link to it when it's ready.

    Man!! You are the star of the internet! Seriously! I've scoured the entire net for this and no one ever mentions this! This is exactly why I love this forum is because it has rare stuff not found anywhere else with the simplest to use tweaks!

    Thanks a ton man!

    Cheers!

    Every time I reboot I get that OneDrive context menu again so I have to re-run the reg file again. Can you please check on your system?

    It appears that each time OneDrive is started, it will restore the context menu. I'm not sure of a way around this yet.

    Can we not delete the key but instead, run a batch file to revoke its permissions so even the system cannot access it? that way OneDrive is not able to access that key nor create it since it still exists?

    I've updated the tutorial to sort the permissions issue, but it has to be done manually.

    Just as you were posting this, I actually did the same thing:

    I didn't delete the folder but instead, took ownership of it and removed whatever user accounts that I was able to remove , 2 of them I couldn't remove so I just denied them access then I rebooted and the main key folder was there but nothing inside it which in turn didn't get back that OneDrive context menu.

    I am trying to get someone at MDL forums to help me create a batch file to automate this. Will keep you posted if I got the batch file
