Windows 1809 Internet time sync not wotking

After I upgraded to 1809 internet server time stopped working. When I tried, Control panel, Date and Time, Internet time, chose server pool.ntp.org or any other server from drop down menu and pressed Update Now, it always showed an error. Tried also the same on other networks with my laptop, error is still there, which means it is not problem of my ISP.

Could someone provide some fix or it is a bug of 1809 version.

    Perform the following steps:

    1) Open a browser > open the website: time.is > post an image into the thread

    2) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    3) sfc /scannow
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) chkdsk /scan
    6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    6) Find a flash drive that you can format

    7) Create a bootable Ubuntu flash drive:

    8) Using the Ubuntu flash drive open Mozilla Firefox > open time.is > post an image into the thread

Boot into Setup (Bios) set the time here. Save and Exit. Go to Control Panel/Date and Time. Go to time zone. Be sure your Time Zone is set correctly. If the time changes, then your CMOS battery needs to be replaced

Bootup, goto bios setup screen and check the time. windows uses the bios to set the time, not internet time sync in my experience. Someone said if it is too far off from bios setting for time, windows will never sync the time to internet time. Linux always sets PC to internet time at boot into linux os. But if no internet will default to bios time setting.
