Interesting. From disk management shot apart from C: and D: all other partitions are empty, including your EFI partition.
Not sure why it's showing as empty, but when I mount the EFI partition (e.g. diskpart assign letter=Z) all the data is there, about 50MB. I did try to format the partition and run bcdboot C:\Windows /l en-us /s z: /f ALL, but that did not seem help.

Given this information (data is there when mounting), do you still think it is an issue?

When available please post the zip for the log collectors:
    Attached: WIN10SE-(2019-01-29_09-48-28).zip
I did see a lot of errors in the console windows so not sure all log files were created successfully.

Unfortunately the Lenovo diagnostics tool does not work properly in Kyhi's environment. I was able to install the software but it crashes when I try to start diagnostics.

????? Don't understand. Can you explain?
I guess there are Lenovo-specific drivers missing from the Kyhi tool.

Many portions of the log collector were incomplete:
event viewer, parts of msinfo32, etc.
So there was very limited information.

    Using Kyhi boot rescue:
    a) Download and install HD Tune: (free edition)
    https://www.hdtune.com/
Post images into the thread for test results on these tabs:
    a) Health (SMART)
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan

    b) Download and install HD Sentinel (free or trial version)
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
Post images of the test results into the thread

    c) Download and install Sea Tools for Windows:
Post images of the long generic test into the thread
    http://www.seagate.com/support/downl...ls-win-master/
How to use SeaTools for Windows | Seagate Support

    The logs displayed Windows enterprise.
At one time I thought it was a Windows XP interface but the boot rescue displayed enterprise.

    Code:

If there were BSOD Windows would delete the memory dumps if the free space is < 25 GB.
There was no event viewer to see if there were BSOD or whether there were any files deleted.
The free space on C: was < 25 GB

What were the steps used to format the EFI partition?
    Had you ran bootrec /fixboot?
    Did the access denied disappear?

    See this link:
How to Fix Bootrec /Fixboot Access is Denied Windows 10 - YouTube

If the important files are backed up you can clean install after the drive passes the testing in the prior post:
Clean Install Windows 10 | Tutorials

For future planned Windows upgrades make sure that you detach cables or remove drives during the upgrade. This will reduce the upgrade problems as Windows is forced to only use one drive during the upgrade.

I could be wrong but when I boot one of my old laptops off Kyhi's disk I see a lot of drivers not identified.

    I must try it again.
