    Computer will not start at all


    My Tablet PC will not start at all, it is virtually dead. I have been having this trouble for some time but after having a rest for about an hour it has got going again. This time it has been dead for a day and a night, I could not get it to start this morning. Even the on charge light does not show. The only sign of life is the USB Flash Drive, which is a bootable recovery drive that has helped with booting in the past. Now when I press / hold the power button ithe drive will often start flashing (fortunately it does have a light indicator, another bootable drive which does not have a light is indistinguishable from a corpse).

    So this is my worst nightmare, I often get Windows problems, but this time I feel helpless. How can I bring it back to life?

    It sounds very much like a hardware problem and it's going to require sending it to the manufacturer for repair. Hopefully you backed up at least your data to external drives.
