Hello!
I did make a major windows update two days ago, after that I cant see the notifications anymore. Fx when I insert a USB, I get a sound notice, then a little "1 new" down at the right corner, but nothing more than that. Same when ejecting the USB, a small "1" down right, but not the "Safe to remove device"- window. When I open Action Center there is no messages at all.
Any suggestions?

- Press [Windows key + i]
- Click on Privacy
- On the left hand side scroll down to 'Background apps'
- Enable 'Let apps run in the background'
- Restart the computer OR restart the explorer process as follows
- Open a command prompt
- Type taskkill /f /im exlporer.exe
- Type start explorer
If you don't want any of the listed apps then turn them all off but the top setting must be on for the notifications to be visible after clicking on the notification icon in the system tray

Waow, suddenly its working again!
Don't know how or when, but after some more updates and restarts the (somewhat annoying...) notifications did return! Checked the "background apps" and it was "on", so this setting seems to be the trick after all. Thanx!
