Installed Huge Font Collection - Can't Remove Tried Everything

I've made an epic mistake, and installed 30,000 third party fonts.
They installed fine, but no matter what I do I cannot even delete one of them.

I've tried Font Settings in Control Panel, tried restoring to default (doesn't do anything),
and downloaded numerous font managers, which see the fonts, but won't let me delete them.

I've also tried gaining access to the folder directly, but there is no security tab on the files or folder.
I'm at my wits end here, I really do not wish to wipe the OS and have to reconfigure and reinstall the dozens of apps I have. This is a studio PC, and has been set up painstakingly.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Are you able to navigate to the \Windows\Fonts\ directory, and see something like this:

    Attachment 220345

If so, try right-clicking on the font file(s) you want to get rid of, and select Delete. With 30,000 to do, multiple selection will probably be best using Ctrl-click or Shift-Click...

    Thank you for the reply.
I have exhausted all conventional methods of deleting them. I am able to right click and press delete, but nothing happens.

Do you have a link where you got the fonts from?

Unfortunately I got these from a friend at school many years ago, I couldn't say where they were from. I do know I was using Windows XP at the time, that's how long ago it was.

Maybe the font pack used an installer, check Programs and Features.

That is sound advice, I wish it were the case.
The fonts are simply individual .ttf and font files sorted in folders alphabetically.
I double checked programs just to be sure, and there were no third part installers.
I manually installed them in bulk. The problem seems to be that the system is just not responding to the
request to delete them. I also checked the registry entries, and found that 99% of them are not showing up in the registry. They seem to show up in the Font Settings in control panel though.

So anyone else with this issue knows, I was able to delete the fonts by doing the following:

Hold shift, restart Windows 10 from start menu.
Choose Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > Commant Prompt
On restart, locate your OS (Windows) drive, it will be a different drive letter than C:, as command prompt starts on X:
Navigate to the folder where the fonts are stored, type del *.*.
    Done.

That's some weird OS behavior - Glad to hear you got it done!

I've seen this before, and it's not surprising due to the file type.
What was surprising was that they were locked so tight in the APPDATA folder.
I'm usually able to gain access to them using one of the usual methods.

Now I know that Windows 10 Command Prompt in boot options is a solid method to accessing them.
I was worried it would be the same story and give me an "Access Denied" error.
