*Some settings are managed... STILL THERE!

Well, I called upon the almighty help of MS last night to get rid of the annoying Some settings are managed message but even THEY. can't seem to get rid of the message. Via remote desktop magic they tried some things but it is still there. So for the last time I call upon the geeks of TF to help me out before I toss my PC outta the window (or just I'd rather not doing that lol)

It's still there, sitting comfortably in the Feedback of diagnostics section, smirking at me.

Just about tried everything and every trick in the book...

    HEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!!!!

Run CMD as admin and copy/paste:
    Code:
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection" /f
    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Siuf\Rules" /f

    Thoughts:
    a. There is information posted (hint google) on completely resetting group policy to default- and a tenforums tutorial
    b. What symptom (other than the message) are you experiencing?
If e.g. something is greyed out in Settings and should not be, try researching that
    c. Have you ever used a 3rd party tweaker or privacy tool that might have made a relevant registry change?

A, Resetting policies did not work and even the tut also. B, no side effects, nothing is greyed out. Windows Hello pin was but that's resolved. C, yes I used o and o shutup but resetting back to factory settings did not remove the problem.

Occasionally someone has reported that that message has appeared even on a clean install of certain version and build.

You'll probably have come across this:
This message is misleading, at least in the Windows Update dialog.

This is based on that in the privacy settings under "Settings" -> "Privacy" -> "Feedback & diagnostics" -> "Diagnostics and usage data" it is set to "Basic". Change it to "Enhanced" or higher, the message disappears.

I have the same message, no big deal. What do you see when you open the privacy settings under "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Feedback & diagnostics" > "Diagnostics and usage data"
I see an explanation of why I'm seeing the message "Some settings are managed...)

Nothing, no clickable link like you have. But good to know that we're in the same boat... :) But I decided to wait on the april update so I can do a fully clean install right after the big move... (I'm moving to a new home)
