PC randomly restart

    PC randomly restart


    My PC randomly restarted after few hours. I tried to enable the minidump but nothing happen. In the event view log, I found a kernel power event when the system restarted. Any ideas about the problem with my pc ?

    Specs of my PC:
    Gigabyte B360M Aorus Gaming 3
    Intel I3-8100
    2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX bus 2666 cas 16
    Samsung SSD 860 EVO (500GB)
    Gigabyte RX580 Gaming 8G
    Intel 7260 Wifi & Bluetooth Card
    Windows 10 Pro 64bit - build 1809

    Could be power supply, or other things.
    try these settings -
    power options/change what pwr button does / Turn on fast startup to 'off ' unchecked
    sleep & hibernate to never also
    if still get random restart, set those back to values they were before.

    If it's doing it from sleep /hibernate then it could be a remote/wake on LAN trigger issue.
    I've turned them off in the past to solve that problem, but I've never had a random restart from fully powered down.

    The problem could be the RAM, Hard Drive, Power Supply, Graphic Card or External devices: – or it could be an overheating or BIOS issue.
