That's how you know that you're on Microsoft Support. There are rumors that there actually may be a way to get their attention, but nobody knows what that is.

Not that it matters much. I have reported a couple outrageous bugs with them, and they simply say they're not gonna fix them.

I had no borders on Win Explorer windows. I used this workaround:

On desktop: Right click > Personalize > Colors > Choose your accent color (pick one) and check "Title bars and window borders"

Test it out, and adjust to preference.

To make the windows even more visible, add a window shadow:

In Win search box, type Control Panel and hit enter > System > Advanced system settings > in the Advanced tab, select Settings under Performance > check "Show shadows under windows"
