How to disable Action Center but still get Banners

    Hello Everybody.

    I wish to everybody a fantastic 2019.

I bought a new Notebook. With that I got Windows 10. Before I only used Windows 7. I'm almost done with the configuration on Win10. There is one thing left which bugs me.

There at the right bottom is the icon for the actin center. Now, is it possible to only get notification banners but don't keep it in the center?

The opposite is quite easy. Don't show banners, only show it in the action center. That works.

    Thank you.

What is even more annoying, when I disable to show the icon, and enable it again, all the notifications are there.

Actually what I need is: Show the notification banner. Nothing more.
