How does the number of Threads and Handles are related to the Speeds of CPU\Cors?
I couldn’t figure out what Threads and Handles are indicating for and how are they related to the capacity of the CPU\Cores?

There is no relation. Threads are just the number of programs running (it’s more complex than that, as many programs use multiple threads, technically number of processes is the number of programs). handles are an internal memory tracking technique used by the os. neither relate to speed or performance.
It’s like asking how your tv’s number of channels relates to it’s picture quality. they’re mostly unrelated.
