Windows 10 update black screen

    Windows 10 update black screen


    Last night windows forced me to update my laptop so I let it update over night. When I wake up I check on my laptop to be greeted with a black screen with no cusor on it

    I don't know what to do please help.

    I updated my laptop on Dec. 30, 2018
    My laptop is Lenovo ideapad 330

    First step is a complete power off and restart - usually done by holding down the power switch for a few seconds.
