    Windows 10 Messages just stay on screen


    Hi,

    I'm having trouble getting rid of the popup messages that stay on the screen. Its annoying and I can't do anything because this message shows up on top of all the windows that are open. Can someone help with this problem? I've attached a screenshot of the problem. Thank you.

    I usually get rid of them by hovering the mouse over the icon for them that may be in the Taskbar or in the Notification Area on the Taskbar an they go away. Some times pressing F5 to refresh the screen helps, or right-click the Desktop works. The Desktop is not Static like a picture on the wall but Dynamic, always being refreshed or redrawn.

    Have you tried adjusting the display setting.

The title says most of it. I believe the messages that slide in from the right from time to time are intended for a touch screen. I don't have one, so can I disable the messages. donwb
