    Leftovers registry files

I just manually uninstall some apps from my computer and i was thinking about some leftover registry files because i uninstall it manually without uninstaller. Do i need to clean my registry with 3rd software? If so what should i use? Or i can just safely ignore them?
Also i would like to know if there is default app from Windows to clean your registry.
    Thanks

Yes why are you Manually removing Apps? Apps/Programs are located in more then just C:\Program Files or C;\Program Files (x86). They also can be in the hidden files under C:\ProgramData, or under the Users file Appdata/Roaming and Local. among many other locations.
Apps/Programs have Uninstallers in the program file as well as under Apps and Features to remove Most of the files in all the various locations and Registry settings. It's best to use these.
To fully remove an app that is stubborn including it's various Registry Settings, we suggest using an Uninstaller like Revo Uninstaller using the Advanced Method to remove all Registry settings.. If you have removed the Executable, you can use Hunter Mode to remove all traces of the app.

What app / program did you uninstall. It would be safer to reinstall that program then uninstall it properly than to fiddle about editing the registry. Revo uninstaller does a good job scanning for leftover items which are often missed by the standard uninstaller.

"Uninstall it manually without uninstaller" is not uninstall at all, it's just deleting some relevant files. Uninstall means reversing installation process where it returns system to previous state. Unfortunately not all programs/applications do that entirely and leave files, shared components and registry entries all over the place. Bet to use a dedicated uninstaller program like Revo Uninstaller or HiBit Uninstaller which find all/most leftovers and delete them. Only then you can be reasonably sure nothing is left behind.

    1) Open administrative powershell and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) chkdsk /scan
    5) Get-computerrestorepoint
    6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    7) Consider performing a system restore to a date prior to the installation of the software

I agree with the install it again (if you can), then use Revo or good equivalent to uninstall it completely. Revo can do a forced uninstall (paid version only), bit it's better to install/uninstall. Revo will use the programs uninstaller first, if present, then do a deep search for reg entries and leftover files/folders, present you with a full display of them, and verify you want to delete. By default, it makes a backup of the deleted reg entries, and the deleted files are sent to the Recycle bin.

    It's a clean way.

Quite honestly, the Windows 10 Registry is going to get infested with so much useless garbage over time. So in general, no it will not harm your Registry.

Reason why there will be so much left over information in there is because, people don't usually clean their computer for old leftover files, and Windows 10 seems to be the last version of Windows (so no more purchasing a new computer with a clean new version of Windows with a clean Registry, and it's very unlikely that you will do a clean install of Windows 10 once again)

Just like health, it's all about prevention ! And no, Apple a day doesn't work here.
