Bing Launches from File Explorer / Windows Explorer

When I search for something from File Explorer's address bar, Bing launches (from my default browser.) How do I turn this behavior off? I just want to search on my own computer. Windows Desktop version 10.0.17763 Build 17763

Hi, if you are intending to search for a file, use the search field to the right.

You are observing the normal behaviour of the address bar if you are using it to search.

If you type or paste a path there, it will open that folder or file, if available.

But if the pasted path fails, Bing launches.

That is the behavior of Cortana. What are you trying to search for and what behavior are you expecting that is not the default action of Cortana?
