XPs disappeared for me; I tried adding it as a optional feature but nothing changed

"What is the xps extension used for, what normally opens/handles it?"
The XPS format is Microsoft’s alternative to PDF. It was introduced in Windows Vista, but never gained much traction. However, modern versions of Windows continue to include better support for XPS files than PDF files.

I not into optional features and tried adding xps viewer but it doesn’t work
When I double click on a .xps file it opens in XPS Viewer.
This is the association setup for .jtx on my system (run these from a COmmand Prompt):
>assoc .jtx
.jtx=Windows.XPSReachViewer
>ftype Windows.XPSReachViewer
Windows.XPSReachViewer=%SystemRoot%\System32\xpsrchvw.exe "%1" %*
xpsrchvw.exe is XPS Viewer.
I think the newer builds of windows 10 don’t have XPs viewer. I tried adding it as a optional feature but
doesnt work
