    AskWoody MS-DEFCON System "Support" Page

So I came across this page the other day

    https://www.askwoody.com/ms-defcon-system/

and while I can only imagine that all new updates are either MS-DEFCON 1 or MS-DEFCON 2 I still had to chuckle despite the seriousness of the nature. Can I assume that the graphic in the upper left of the page is now referring to the latest Dec. patch Tues cum. update. Is that how this works? The reason I ask is that in another thread where I was asking about file association fixes for 1803 it was recommended that I give Cumulative Update KB4467682 Windows 10 v1803 Build 17134.441 - Nov. 27 a try but for whatever reason and sorry I cannot recall even though it was just the other day it seems that it would not install or the update had actually been pulled but in any event I could not install it so the only option I believed was the latest Dec. patch Tuesday one and I did not want to pull the trigger on that.

Incidentally the fix I posted in that thread worked like a charm:

What I have discovered is much easier. I save the file, that isn't opening correctly, to the desktop. I then right click on the file and choose ''open with'' it then prompts a menu that you must check the box that says ''always open with this program'' then you scroll down to the bottom of the list and you will see ''find another program on this pc'' choose that. It will then take you to the c drive and into the 64bit program folder. If you need to get to the programs 86x you'll have to back it out to the c drive. Then you just drill down into the folder of the program you need to associate it with.

Yes, but it's an overall rating each month, not just for Windows 10.
