So the setup of auto hot key does not work,
A cheat or something my brother installed to cheat does not work,(im sure its not a virus) He does not mess with my pc. Just because i paid for my pc and worked for it and it is better then his he plays on mine sometimes.
well for eg the virtual box exe worked just fine, I installed it.
    Do you mean those?
And no i have never renamed anything.

I suspect that some damage has been done to your installation- if you have unsupervised use, anything could happen.

As you are unable to provide the data and given the circumstances I can only suggest you reinstall Windows.

Thereafter you must take appropriate precautions to limit what others are allowed to do and use disk imaging regularly.

There is a useful tutorial for clean installing Windows in the Tutorial section.

A clean install = start again from scratch = reinstall programs, configure users.

You would obviously back up data beforehand- indeed you should maintain backups as a matter of routine.

Got to the Tutorials section, search for
    clean install

If you don't have backup disks, you need to buy 1 or more.

For example, I have a 2TB USB3 disk for disk image backups. Some people have more for additional security.

Now i have a different problem since i fixed the other by going to gpedit.msc and disabling User Account Control: Turn on Admin Approval Mode. But now it says operating did not complete because the file contains a virus or unwated software (while its safe and i have disbled the intivirus). I have already done those steps out of this post without result. Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus
