    That CPU is quite weak.

But I don't know your expectations, requirements, or budget. Her homework requirements may be very low as well, in which case this CPU might be adequate.

Have you any experience with a laptop with a CPU of that strength? Maybe you do and maybe your expectations are quite low.

If you have NOT at least played around with a similar machine, I'd hate to see you just jump on this expecting to be satisfied. You could be in for a rude awakening.

Frequently the 11" and smaller will seem weaker in comparison to 14" and larger Notebooks, has a lot to do with size, power requirements and generated heat in them.

64GB drive is going to be problematic in the future when trying to update to later releas4es. Doable but not a simple click and go. It will take some work on your part and probably a 32 or 64 GB flash drive or SD card.

The RAM seems pretty low if you ask me, if she ever uses any browser, after some time she will be out of memory. I would go for something with 6 GB or 8 GB...

Never had any issues with 4GB for normal use. I doubt that she is going to be gaming or have a bunch of tabs open. The machine would work fine for her for schoolwork.

I would agree, except for the processor. The CPU has a LOT to be desired on that glorified tablet.

The CPU would cry having office and browser open in the background (or vice versa).

And the storage is going to problematic for Windows Updates
