    Notifications only showing number but not showing details!


    Hi,
    I've clean installed Windows in a new SSD and when there are notifications it show the number

    but does not show the details

    this is how the notifications and apps are set

    Am I missing something?

    If you have installed the October Update, could be due to this:

    Notification bar is blank not showing Notification

    Thanks LEOPEVA64 for the heads up.

    I suppose we will have to wait for Microsoft to fix yet another bug.

    As can be seen from the screenshot below apps have access to show notifications.

    I have now turned on and off and on again Background Apps and restarted and the notifications have reappeared
