    These terms are nothing new and have been in place for MS's online services for quite some time. These are generally not "moral" terms, they are legal terms. Spamming is illegal. Using OneDrive to distribute kiddie porn is illegal. Running a scam or defrauding people is illegal. Circumventing copyright protections is illegal (at least in the US). Cyber-bullying and hate crimes are illegal.

    All I see there is illegal activities, and they only apply to the TOS of the services, not the OS.
