Cannot get my default keyboard customized - any help with TeamViewer?

Hello,

Being new on W10 I desperately try to customize my default keyboard US-International with just one single character, the • also known as bullet point under the key combi CTRL-ALT .

I managed to add the character to a layout, but then the rest fails.
Cannot build DLL and setup package, dont know how I should (re)name my keyboard, don't know how to activate it - so that it appears in the Windows keyboard list and is selectable for my 2 languages (English and Dutch).
I have read numerous answers in various forums and all are confusing for me. Do not understand them at all.

To my humble opinion it should be a default character in (m)any keyboard(s) - but apparently that is not the case.

Is there perhaps anyone who can 'take over' by assisting with TeamViewer and add this • to my keyboard?

Thanks for your replies.

First Ztruker: AutoHotKey is a complex scripting language. What I understand is that you can create and modify complex scripts/tasks that you often have to type. I just need to change ONE character, the bullet-point...

Then Wynona:
I am afraid we are on different tracks. I do NOT need to add a language or one or more existing keyboards. That has been done in W7 and after some small trouble was possible in W10 as well. I use mainly English with US-International Keyboard and can switch to Dutch with the same US-International Keyboard.

What I still want to CHANGE on that US-International Keyboard is just ADD an EXTRA option to the . (dot) key.
Using the good old tool Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator the key combination CTRL-ALT-dot can display the desired • which I often use for bullet lists.
I can create the key.
But then my problem starts:
• How to build the necessary DLL and package that the Keyboard Creator suggests
• Under which name should I save 'my customized' keyboard - with just 1 customization
• How can this new customized keyboard be added to the W10 list of selectable keyboard configurations
• Because only after that I can change my US-International keyboard to the new US-International-WIM keyboard.

I think users familiar with the Keyboard Creator might be the people I try to find - hoping that one of them can do the job with TeamViewer. All links that I checked so far (including yours, Wynona) are not addressing my issue. Or they are written for experts: some denying that W10 can handle the customized keyboards - others denying the denial, others suggesting incomprehensable workarounds. Too much for my simple old brain...

I am not aware of any W10 version specifically for Indonesia. I have version 1803 for 64-bit, that is all I know (and understand). A standard version to my knowledge.
