Is this normal Action Center behaviour?

    It just happened again. Immediately re-opening Action Center after it contained notifications, shows a blank page while I didn't Idelete the notifications manually.

    If you see a number on the icon in the system tray, click on it and Action Center will open with the notifications. Then, doubleclick on the same system tray icon in order to close and immediately open Action Center again. If done correctly, the previously notifications are now vanished from the Action Center.

    Yes, the bug is easily reproducible, but this bug is not present in the builds of 19H1, I think it was also fixed in build 18267 (the same build in which the other two bugs were fixed) so, within the fixes made in the Action center in that build, I think it is also included the fix of the bug you mention.

    Thanks a lot for the heads up! About time this is finally fixed. Hopefully this CU will be released to the public soon.
