How2 CHange dates of a file--suggested software not good enough

I used SKTimeStamp to change the dates of a file. However, I noticed it could only change 3 dates:
Date Created
Last Modified
Last Accessed
A search for such a utility often suggests "BulkFileChanger (BFC)" which seems to do the exact same thing: only these 3 dates.
However, if I right click on a file, for example a Word file, there 2 other dates listed:
Content Created
Date last Saved

Hence the above two utilities are not good enough. Is there a utility (or way) out there to change all dates including the last 2 mentioned?

I have Freecommander XE on a Notebook [file manager] and it can change the Attributes of a file or files. It offers the same choices you see but adds a couple of choices that may work in the "Set timestamp as in target folder" tab. Other third-party file managers may have something similar.

"Content Created" and "Date last Saved" are Office-document-specific. They are part of the content of the file not part of the filesystem. Hence 3rd party utilities generally don't modify them.

I doubt it, because the last two mentioned are not file properties, they are metadata contained in the file itself - along with Author, who saved it last, and even the total time spent editing it

As far as I can tell there are no third-party metatadata editors for Office documents, lots for audio/video/photo files though. Comparison of metadata editors - Wikipedia

There are at least two ways to change or remove this data for an Office document. The first is to use Word (or Excel, or whatever created the Office document). I'm not sure, but I don't think Word can change or remove those dates.

The second is to click the blue 'Remove Properties and Personal Information' link at the bottom of the Properties - Details tab. Unfortunately not all properties can be removed, in particular those two dates can't.

Edit: The only way I've found to change the metadata for a Word document is to open it in Word (2010 was what I used) then 'File > Save as...' another file name. Oddly, doing the same thing with LibreOffice Writer preserved the original metadata.
