Can I change what appears in file Explorer on the left side

I use "save link as" to desktop and selected merge and it worked!!!!

I just downloaded it earlier and double clicked on the regedit file and clicked run. It didn't work so I guess I should have read the instructions closer rathet that see a download link and click it to download it.

Reboot, and that should do it.

I did that twice and it didn't work. When I right clicked the 64 bit download link and "save file location" to desktop and then right clicked and selected merge then it worked fine. Double clicking on the file didn't work both times I tried it.

No, when I did it using the "save file location" to desktop and right clicked and merge it worked. it worked I didn't have to reboot. The important part is it did work the way I said above.
