Hi Roy
Thank you, this is the number that's in there now: 2147483648
Do I delete those numbers and just enter number 2
I've found that setting on all my computers only retains the condition that exists upon shutdown/reboot, if On it comes back as On, if Off it will be Off when booted back up.
... and here is Shawn's requisite tutorial on the subject: How to Enable or Disable Num Lock on Sign-in Screen in Windows 10
Hi
Thanks for all the help, but at the moment I'm still struggling to understand what to do
I've tried to follow the advice in the links for tutorials but nothing seems to be working
Sign in, I've followed the advice as per the attachment below, but when I reboot, it's still asking for a password at start up
Some motherboards allow the NumLock to be sticky on, You can use the following Registry Edit to have Windows keep it enabled. Enable NumLock on the Windows 10 Login screen/Lock screen It should stay enabled with the proper entry. Make sure you do not use the Windows 7 entry.
Thank you Bro67, that appears to have worked.
One issue I'm still having, when start up, the screen is asking for my password, how can I bypass login request at start up?
