The tool can be made if you have a working computer at the time of boot failure.
Kyhi boot rescue can often be used to create the USB stick.
I agree with Ztrucker. It will do no harm to leave it ticked, as it is by default. Also, it means that the usb is bootable on all other machines, whether they are UEFI or legacy MBR systems.
Did you know that you can use the rescue usb to make images as well as restore them? I have used mine to make images of all my other PCs. They don't need to have Macrium installed, or even Windows 10 come to that. One of them is a legacy MBR Windows 7 system.
I installed Macrium on one PC, made the recovery usb, then booted all my other PCs from the recovery usb. This has a full copy of Macrium on it, so you can use it to make an image for any machine that can boot from the usb. Win10, Win7, even Linux - it doesn't matter what is on the PC, if it can boot from the Macrium recovery usb you can make an image of its drive.
