Surface Pro 6 Crashes after Sleep

Every time i turn on my surface pro 6 after it went to hibernate, all apps are closes\d as if it i am turning it on from being turned off. opening chrome i get a message it did not shut down properly. it is as if the machine crashes some point after i put in hibernate.

I see this in the event log:

Windows failed to resume from hibernate with error status 0xC000007B.

I have all updates. Power settings are default. I tried power trouble shooter and noting.

    any ideas

I have the same issue on my Pro 5.
Something with hibernate is causing the system to crash. On both, if I click the start button and then hibernate, system hibernates (or shuts down), but coming out is crashes. Event viewer shows these at time I did the hibernate:

    • The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
    • Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.
    • The previous system shutdown at 8:55:03 PM on ‎11/‎22/‎2018 was unexpected.

Drivers are the usual cause of these problems.

thanks. Any idea how I can determine the drivers causing the issue, if it is a driver?

I have exact the same issue, but it can come even when computer are in energy save mode I think.
The Surface has been working great for 3-4 months and this suddenly started during this week.

I registered a support request to Microsoft yesterday but their frist answer was just to reinstall the Surface.

I tried different things to check the drivers but can not see that any one is causng an issue.
