    Desktop Right-click Menu in Oct 2018 update.


    Hello Everyone,
    I hadn't right clicked on my desktop in a while and today I found a command prompt and also a Safe Mode reboot option!

    Was that put in with the update or had it been there all along and I am getting senile?

    I have an Insider build 18282 and several Version 1803 systems, non of which display what you report. These commands are probably installed by a third party utility.

    I do not recall installing a 3rd party utility. But according to you I must have. I agree. The senility is off the chain!

    I used Winaerotweaker to place those in RC menu and on desktop.

    I have both of them. They were added by a couple of Brink's registry hacks.
