    turn off focus stealing

    Hey,
how do i turn off focus stealing ?
i have already in regedit under ForegroundLockTimeout set 30d40, but still when i am in game for example, pop out windows steal focus and minimizes the game.
I don't know about anything else.
Is there any way how to turn this off.
    Thank you very much.

I use a couple of ways to toggle keep windows 'on top'. Whilst this is built in to Windows, it requires a 3rd party program to use it.

I use Actual Windows Manager (not free- there are some reduced versions which are cheaper) - this adds a button in the title bar and a rt click option from the title bar.

There are plenty of other options which function in different ways. For example, Altdrag (free, tiny) lets you configure a mouse key/key combo effective when the mouse is over the title bar. No indicator though.
Does number of other things too...

    Search for e.g.
    "on top" freeware

A few programs include an option to keep them on top.

The program that dalchina has pointed out above is really good. Also, make sure "When I am playing a game" is enabled in Focus Assist:

Two total freebees that I can recommend, as I use both when I need to,[ as they each work slightly differently], are TurboTop and DeskPins

I use them mostly for keeping Process monitors or Security videos visible whilst doing other things rather than gaming but the should work nicely

You need to do an internet search to find a tool that suits you. There are quite a few, and different ways to do this as I mentioned. Google can help.
