NirSoft TaskSchedulerView and Task scheduler itself both show the same lists of tasks and these rogues do not appear in either of them. I am opening them both as Admin and have set TS to show Hidden tasks.
I do not have Trillian. I have not heard of it before.

I'm very sorry for reviving this old thread, I just want to know if anyone ever figured this out. I have the exact same problem as the person who has started this thread and I don't have Trillian installed (though I did use it on another computer, I'm fairly certain I've never installed it on this particular computer). I ran several malware/anti-virus scans and they all came up clean, so I'd like to imagine this isn't caused by a virus, but I'd appreciate it if anyone can share more information they might have about it.
This problem has not happened in the last 30 days [the longest time period that can be selected in that view] even though there have not been any deliberate actions to account for any change in behaviour.
I have been on Windows 10 Home x64 Version 1909 Build 18363.535 for 33 days. It is possible that the last update solved the problam. I just don't know.

But then it started running again two hours ago [about 9 hours after my post]. I had not done anything significant during this period.

I have just run it on this problem computer and it revealed a task then I used it to delete the task it revealed.

FYI:
Wininit cache task is disabled on my machine. I seem to remember doing the following a long time ago:
Windows – Continuous Disk Write + WebCacheV01.dat + V01.log – Issue - CodeProject
I could swear that there was a post in this thread about hidden tasks running that included a screenshot showing wininet cache task and that it was difficult to track down when it ran or why it ran.
I can't see the post so maybe it was deleted or else in another thread.
