Things still work ATM.
Nope, I did not.
So I should do the backup with Macrium right now or just before installing the OS again? :)
Ps: How should I set UAC in order to have a safe pc/no issues?

I have always used "Never notify" myself, can't be bothered to have to answer questions for something i would do anyway. That is pretty archaic form of defense, any malware makers already know how to circumvent it.
Backups I do regularly at least once a week or before new build is coming and before making some big changes. If anything goes wrong, I'm back in business in 15 minutes or less.
One backup I make and keep immediately after first installation and others I just update.
Okay then. I will use that software to do backups.
So, just to clarify, even if my C drive folder permissions changed (since now I am the owner and not the default one anymore) and If i choose Never Notify Me on UAC I can still somehow have a "safe" & functioning pc?
Thanks for the fast answers btw :)
There are ways to completely disable UAC but this way it still works but doesn't bother you every time you want to run something. If you know what you want to run or install, I don't see a need to be reminded all the time.
