how do you stop right eye. right side spring out messages

What time wasted rubbish, I am working at the computer and this dumb useless crap information walks out from the right side bottom of a "standard set up screen" sometime it covers up information I want to use and all I can do is pick my nose wasting time until it goes away, IT HAS TO BE THE MOST USELESS CRAP INFORMATION i HAVE EVER READ!!!!!!!

Do I have bang my head on the keyboard and yell out POKE OFF!! YOU POKING CRAP at the top of my voice??

Please let me know how to turn it off

I have tried to turn off a few things.

updated my operating system profile.

Next time (if) it bugs me I will go for a "print screen" so I can get better help.

Sorry I had such a strange attitude in the question, the reason why that took place I have the problem a few weeks (it must of been after a windows 10 system update ( I wish windows update would leave things alone and ask you if you want it) HOW YOU FEEL IF i VISIT YOUR COMPUTER AND CHANGED THINGS ALL AROUND , AND WHEN i LEFT YOU COULD NOT DO BASIC THINGS YOU HAVE ALWAYS DONE)

anyway I forgot my password, [most normal website have a button or a click on text link Forgot Password but not this one] so I send a message at the bottom of the screen "Contact Us" and all the time I waited I still got poke off with these poking things, so anyway I thought I would register under a different name, it was as I was trying to register as a new name saw that magic hard to find if you dont no forgot password


why does
microsoft do it the search feature in Windows 7 is total brilliant, The search engine in windows 10 looks like it was made by some 10 age child, a 9 year old could do beter (and the spell checker word changer is useless)
