Once these two things are resolved, we can talk again. I remain concerned by your Videos location. By setting Videos to D:\ you are including the whole of D:\ in your Videos library.

[Keith has just posted while I have been typing].
The following keys do not always exist but I agree with Keith that, if they do exist, they must match the other entries:-
{35286a68-3c57-41a1-bbb1-0eae73d76c95} - must match Videos path
{0DDD015D-B06C-45D5-8C4C-F59713854639} - must match Pictures path

Folks, could we be missing the Known Folders Redirection issue, exacerbated by the problem created by OneDrive in the 1809 update?
Are these folders the four covered by KFR?

Not sure what you mean by KFR issue. His registry snapshot indicates his problems are caused by path confusion for the User Shell Folders.

About "KFR" - We already know that the OP has relocated user folders [which is what MS have started to call KFR] and it is that issue that the OP & other contributors to this thread have been addressing.

[see KB4467228 - TenForums News if you want to]

On a similar topic - Opening the folder [Myname] on the desktop shows dual entries for Documents, Downloads, Favorites, Pictures & Videos (see below). The first instance is located at d:\users\myname since I relocated the folder by the standard procedure and the second instance is located at c:\users\myname. There are a few files in some of the c:\users folders placed there by some programs. Is this normal behaviour? I'm not inclined to fiddle in case I break something!

    Steve C,

Right-click each of the entries for which there is doubling up and select properties. For those without a Location tab [i.e. those that Windows does not regard as user folders after all] you can copy any contents to your intended folders and then delete the unnecessary folder.

For both of any doubled up entries that remain, go in to the folder then click in the File explorer address bar entry to see its full folder path and paste the results here for further assessment.

Windows / applications often create dummy folders in the original locations.
