Can't access BIOS at startup with Vive Pro plugged in

As title says, on Windows restart/reboot, I can't access BIOS at all when my Vive Pro is plugged in. No POST screen appears, I just go straight into Windows. No amount of pressing DEL or F2 does anything.
If I unplug the Vive, everything is back to normal.
    Any ideas?

Fast Boot in the Bios is enabled. You need to hold the function key to get into the Bios for your computer, before you power it on.

Try holding down the Shift key, and then click on Shutdown. See if that works.

Thanks guys, but neither of these suggestions worked.
I turned off 'fast boot' and it made no difference, and if I hold down F2 (or any key) on boot up, the system doesn't start at all. The keyboard lights come one, but not the display.
Holding shift and shutting down didn't do anything either.

Try Start → Update & Security
    → Recovery
    → Advanced startup
    → Restart now

Warning! If you click "Restart now" it will literally restart your PC immediately thereafter, so don't do this until you're good and ready. When you do, you'll get a boot menu at boot time that lets you pick a variety of choices, including boot to UEFI, boot to alternate media, and so forth.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure how that helps me though. Sorry!
BTW, if I select boot to UEFI, I get the same situation as I described above when pressing a key at boot up, i.e. keyboard lights up, but not monitor.
Just to repeat, my issue is that with the Vive Pro plugged in, my PC doesn't show the POST screen and I can't access the BIOS, it just goes straight into Windows on reboot/restart. If I unplug it, everything is good.

Thanks but as I said to Ed above, that doesn't work.
I'm not sure what you guys are suggesting is getting near to my issue. It's not that I can't access BIOS settings, it's that I can't access them - and there is no POST screen - when my Vive Pro is plugged into the display port.
If I disconnect it, everything is fine.

Then the problem is with the monitor connected via Display Port. If you hold down the function key required to get into the Bios, then turn on the computer, regardless of the display device, you should go into the Bios.

Thanks but I already said above that pressing any key at all on boot up causes the monitor to not come on at all.
My Oculus Rift connected to the same display port worked perfectly ok. It’s only since I bought the Vive Pro over the weekend that the problem has occurred.
