I got this one for wake timers and I have it disabled in my power options.

    C:\Windows\system32>powercfg /waketimers
Timer set by [SERVICE] \Device\HarddiskVolume2\Windows\System32\svchost.exe (SystemEventsBroker) expires at 1:40:51 AM on 12/08/2015.
Reason: Windows will execute 'NT TASK\Microsoft\Windows\UpdateOrchestrator\Reboot' scheduled task that requested waking the computer.

When I look at event viewer to see what possibly woke it up as I wasn't present. The first thing since putting it to sleep was the following.

The system time has changed to ‎2015‎-‎08‎-‎11T10:40:40.500000000Z from ‎2015‎-‎08‎-‎11T07:54:15.544080200Z.

Change Reason: System time synchronized with the hardware clock.

Not sure if that is what woke it up but it's what is showing up.

Also below is what I have for devices able to wake it up.

    C:\Windows\system32>powercfg -devicequery wake_armed
    Razer BlackWidow Ultimate (001)

I checked my clock in the bios and it was running, that was a old bug with Asus motherboard from applying saved bios settings.

If the battery was empty how could it know the time was wrong it was a sleep right?

What are you talking about, of course it knew before, where it SET the wakeup, it doesnt set wakeups in standby it does it before entering standby... And the other sentence doesnt make sense too. So your mobo (or battery empty) has a bug setting the clock correctly. Enable internet-time sync if you have disabled it (out of security concern nonsense). Do you have those nonsense expensive Asus Maximus Formula mainboard? These have a bug with battery dying and you cant replace them.

It got the minutes correct and was off by exactly 2 hours so it must be a bug with the time zone, but I have it set up correct. Listen to you get a new motherboard lol.
