Must boot into BIOS to select Windows Boot Manager manually

    I think that fixed it. Also, I now have a Macrium recovery option in the boot menu.

    On most Asus boards F8 brings up a one time boot menu where you can select which drive to boot into.

    Not sure if that's the case, but either way, it seems to be fixed now. Macrium did the trick.
