    Temp Folder Cleanup Question


    Hi All! I have a very specific question in relation to Windows Temp Folder. What I specifically want to know, is:

    Does windows clean up the temp folder as a housekeeping task when a computer is rebooted (i.e. if I was to use a particular software program in the morning after a fresh reboot, and that software does not create a 'temp folder', would it mean that the software would not be able to find the windows temp folder?

    I think that Temp folder is only cleaned when you run Disk Cleanup, a third party clean up utility (e.g. CCleaner) or delete the files manually.
