Time Change Didn't happen ver 1809

East coast, have my computer set up to change to daylight saving time (as I have all my life) hasn't "fallen back" to standard time yet.

Checked evey possible place including the registry here:
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation

And eveything is set to change.

I'm one of the those who are on 1809 (build 17763.55) so maybe that has something to do with it.

Some discussion here, some content is discursive rather than specific.
Anyone got wrong time on V1809? It was daylight saving today - Windows 10 Forums

    Hi folks

Time in the BIOS ??? could be -- or in Windows do you use automatic time from a timeserver or have settings in Windows to automatically adjust time.

Not a problem for me as we have same time (GMT) all year round.

    Cheers

** Edit: It just synchronized as I was looking at the time display. Odd since I've been on for several hours already. This always used to happen when I started my computer on these days.

    Oh well...problem solved. Thanks, all.

I have no solution to offer.
Just to say my Surface 3 running 1809 Build 17763.55 has the correct Daylight Saving Time.
    I'm on Eastern Time Zone.

My 1809 desktop did not change. I had to do it manually.
A problem in V1809? since it always did the time changes automatically before. Also, my Windows Insider version did it automatically when I booted it up this morning.

Just saw that you had posted this. You may be right, fireberd, it might be something they messed with (or messed up) in this version. But mine did eventually change on its own, just after many hours of being on. Odd.
