Quick Assist support - timer for give asisstance set at 0

When i start quick support, the screen with "Share security code" timer was set to 1 second.

After i removed and installed quick support through "Manage optional features", now when starting quicj support the part with screen with "Share security code" doesn't display code, and in "code expires" timer the time is set to 0:00:'00, and now i can't use quick support at all...
How can i fix that problem?

Do you mean Quick Assist? Are you getting or giving assistance?

I've never used this. Whenever I need to connect to another computer to help someone I use Team Viewer.

Is this the screen you are talking about?

    Try repairing Quick Assist.

    1. Press Windows key + i to open Settings.
    2. On Settings, choose Apps & features.
    3. On the left pane, choose Programs and Features.
    4. Then, look for Quick Assist and click on it.
    5. Choose Advanced options, then Repair.

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling Quick Assist again, see if that helps.

Are you signed in with a Microsoft Account?

You can reset your tablet, keeping all files? Bit drastic but may do the trick.
Do you have any System Restore points from before this started happening? If you you could try restoring to that date and see if that fixes it.

I'm out of ideas, sorry. You could try removing uninstalling it and reinstalling it again or switching to a better program like TeamViewer, which you and the client would have to install.
