I am happy with Win 7 Ultimate now. Less blue screens after a load of updates. I had this blue screen:-

Out of range and then H.Frequency 35.4 KHz and V.Frequecy 78.8 Hz.

I do not know what it means. I restarted my computer.

Any one has the answer please?

Hello friends, I have returned, with good news ... after changing several pieces, try all the driver solutions ... I did not get the solution ... it turns out that using a new motherboard indicated an error in the FAN CPU .. Yes my friends, the FAN CPU!!!! ... I have replaced it and the frozen ones disappeared completely .... It seems lies but some sensor of windows 10 freezing the operating system and obvious that this sensor did not have windows 7 with which it did not freeze. ... I hope I can help you with this information. Greetings I already have Windows 10 without freezing. Good luck :)

Horizontal and vertical frequency of video output signal. Could be associated with graphic drivers. Typical monitors run at 70 - 75Hz vertical frequency.

    Hi Brother,

Thanks. But any solution or should I ignore it? It doesn't appear so often and may be a minor corruption.

Unless it happens regularly it may be just a program or game that have higher settings than what monitor can render. There are monitors that can work at 120 or 144Hz but most are up to 70Hz. If can set driver to maximum 70Hz manually, it shouldn't happen no matter what a program/game may ask for.

    W10 when it works

    Hi guys,

Can't say I'm thrilled but I'm part of the club as well...

Computer worked fine on W7/W8/W8.1 for 2 years. W10 was working fine lately. I did get the bug where I can't shut down the machine using the Windows button, have to do a manual power shut off.

Computer was still working OK. Now it freezes with W10. Have reinstalled W8, was working quite well. Tried a clean install of W10, froze even before getting to the desktop.

Any help will be appreciated, don't mind doing another clean install if necessary, no data on the computer, but what a hassle.

Will probably go back to W8.1 for now but is this really a sofware problem with W10? What happened for it to start freezing all of a sudden?

I suffered the same and am happy with Win7 Ultimate. Less trouble but manageable. Over all Great shame to Microsoft putting their customers into trouble. In Mammon, people do not have conscience or Salt.

Turning off fast startup helped with this issue for another user on a different forum. For newbies, see steps Windows 10 Freezes Randomly.

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though.
